- Scan the MeraQR tags to activate them and fill in the necessary details.
- Attach MeraQR tags to your assets.
- If the asset gets lost, kindly turn on the 'Missing' status on the login page.
- When any finder scans the MeraQR code of your missing asset, the owner will receive a notification, including information on the finder's location. However, due to privacy limitations, the owner will not be able to receive the finder's mobile number.
- The finder, after scanning, is given the option to "call the owner" or "let us call you" (Owner number masking call initiated from the lost and found station).
- The item is returned to customer through coordination with the 24/7 lost and found station and the finder returning it to its rightful owner.
