  • What does the finder see when they scan a lost item?

    After scanning the QR sticker the finder will be directed to the item's Found page (The finder requires no app download or registration). The item Found page will display a message to contact the 24/7 lost and found station by call, or text (Form to fill on found page). Both finders & owners need to disclose their phone number with the Lost & found station.

  • Do finders need an app or account to scan a lost item?

    No App is required it is a web enabled service.

  • What items should I use Lost & Found QR Labels on?

    We recommend using Meraqr labels are to be used on hard, flat plain, and clean surfaces. Laptops, phones, earphones, mobile phones, passports, water bottles, credit and debit cards, etc. Waterproof, Dustproof, and Sunproof. They will not stick to fabric or clothing or any soft surface.Meraq QR Labels for kids are best used together with our Name Labels. This will ensure the safe return of your little one's belongings when misplaced at daycare or school and when they are lost while out and about in parks or on vacation. We recommend before giving any item to small children, check that the QR Code Labels are fully & safely adhered.

  • Do owners need to download an app? Is there a subscription or any additional charges?

    No need to download any app. After purchasing MeraQR Stickers there won't be any additional fees to start using and managing all your QR Code Stickers. There are no account setup fees, no ongoing charges, and no upkeep costs, and your QR codes come with 3 years of service.

  • Can I give QR Stickers as a gift?

    Absolutely! QR Code stickers is a good gifting option.

  • What about my owner's privacy?

    The owner's privacy is protected. The finder connects with the 24/7 lost and found station, which mediates in connecting the owner and finder.

  • What details are shared between the finder & owner?

    The page on scanning shows the list of things below. When missing is not activated, the owner's name, image of the asset, and 24/7 lost and found station numbers. When missing is activated, the owner's name, note, and image of the asset, know more options, agree on terms and conditions, and call the owner by the finder by filling out the let us call you back form, including 24/7 lost and found national and international numbers.

  • Do QR Code Labels guarantee my lost items are being returned?

    MeraQR doesn't guarantee that the people who have found the customer's lost item will contact the customer, nor do we guarantee the state, content, or conditions of found items. The QR Code Label product does not prevent theft of the customer's items nor does it ensure that the item will be recovered. The customer remains responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The owner is responsible for ensuring that contact details are accurate and up to date to be contacted in the instance where an item with a QR Code Label is lost/found. MeraQR reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time.

  • How do I manage all my QR Labels?

    Login to www.meraqr.co enter your mobile no and verify OTP for verification. Register the QR labels and tags with the help of the mobile camera. Once done, you are all set

  • Can I add extra QR Stickers to my account?

    Absolutely! QR Code stickers become active once scanned for and linked to either a new account or an existing account. They are not linked to any account before purchase.

  • How does the product owner get notified of found items?

    Owners will be notified by both a phone call, a text message with location.

  • Should I offer a reward?

    MeraQR provides a Certificate to 'Honest Hero'.

  • How long will the QR Code last?

    Sticky QR code stickers are made from the UV DTF they are highly durable for indoor and outdoor use highly durable, waterproof, Dustproof, and weatherproof.
    Note: QR Stickers will not stick to fabrics and clothing.

  • Once purchased, how many years will I be provided the services?

    For a period of 3 years.

  • What is the shipping cost and delivery time?
